OpenCity project allows you to combine the efforts of citizens,
governments, public organizations and local communities to improve the living environment.

Do not leave unattended disturbance, do take part in the early monitoring of problems in your territory,
promptly inform the relevant municipal Departments, set priorities and evaluate services

Adding a SIGNAL is very simple:

1 . Select one of the categories

2 . Attach photo of a breach or a failure

3 . Specify location (address or point on the map)

4 . Describe details and send it into portal

The information is automatically sent to the relevant Departments of local authorities.

The application created within a project "Open City: increased participation of citizens
